Dynamics in Soft Matter: A Neutron Scattering Study

We have used the neutron scattering technique and the molecular dynamics simulations to explore the structural and dynamical aspects of soft matter. In the first part, I will present the dynamics of polymer blends where the results on athermal blends of PVAc with poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) will be discussed. In the second part, I will present our recent findings on low molecular weight counterpart of poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) and discuss the effects of chain connectivity by comparing them with corresponding results on PVAc.
